Are there hidden costs?

No. After the first call you get a written fixed price offer with a timeline, no surprises. With WaaS, hosting, SSL, security updates and monthly content care are included in the monthly fee.

How does payment work?

By bank transfer (SEPA) or PayPal. For fixed price projects we typically work with 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. For larger projects, instalments are possible on request.

Is the first call free?

Yes. The first call takes 30 minutes, is free and non-binding. We clarify goals, target audience and requirements.

How does a project work?

1. Free first call. 2. Written fixed price offer with a timeline. 3. Development with weekly updates and a staging preview. 4. Launch with a 60 minute CMS training, so you are independent from day one. Optionally a retainer for ongoing care afterwards.

How long does a project take?

Landing page 1 to 2 weeks, business website 4 to 6 weeks, automation 1 to 2 weeks, mobile app 6 to 16 weeks and custom software 3 to 16 weeks, depending on scope.

Do you take over existing projects?

Yes. We start with a tech audit (code, architecture and security, from 890 EUR) and give you an honest assessment before we take anything over.

Website-as-a-Service: 149 EUR per month plus a one-time 299 EUR setup, instead of a large upfront payment. It includes design, hosting, SSL, security updates and monthly content care. 12 month minimum term, then cancel monthly, the code stays yours.

Can I update content myself?

Yes. We build in a CMS, for example WordPress, Sanity, Contentful or Payload, and train you for 60 minutes at launch. That way you change texts, images and pages without code.

Are your websites GDPR compliant?

Yes. Cookie consent, EU hosting, a privacy policy, a secure contact form and only GDPR compliant tools are standard for us.

Do you work with agencies?

Yes. We support agencies as a white-label development partner, discreet and reliable. We only talk to your clients if you explicitly want us to.

How much does a project cost?

Websites start at 750 EUR (landing page), business websites with 5 to 10 pages from 2,000 EUR (shop or extra languages cost extra). Hosting and care comes on top, from 80 EUR per month. Apps start at 1,700 EUR, custom software at 2,550 EUR and automations at 390 EUR. All prices are net, plus VAT.
